## Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton in Evesham. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our residents, promoting independence and honouring individual choice.

**Job Details:**

- £12.75 per hour with paid breaks

- Bank shifts: 12-hour shifts on either days (08:00-20:00) or nights (20:00-08:00)

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs

- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care

- Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes

- Communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
