## Description

As a Stock Manager at NEXT's Newry Quays location, you will lead a team to achieve performance targets, ensuring customers receive excellent online experiences and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the store management team and communicating effectively with the Store Manager

- Managing a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient environment

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
