## Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern to join our People & Culture team in Amsterdam. As an intern, you'll play a key role in finding and attracting diverse talent to drive Tony's mission forward. You'll learn about recruitment, employer branding, data-driven hiring, and project management.

Responsibilities:

- Run the internship recruitment and selection process for the Autumn 2027 cohort end-to-end

- Identify opportunities to increase diversity and inclusion in our hiring processes

- Support the talent team with writing job ads, CV screening, and talent mapping

- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a junior role

- Support the creation of employer branding and recruitment marketing content

Requirements:

- Studying Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field

- Believe in Tony's mission and live our core values
