## Description

We are seeking a Lead Nurse/ Deputy Care Centre Director to join Lakefields Neurological Centre, a 22-bed neurological service for people with neurological and spinal conditions.

As a senior member of the nursing team, you will have experience within a similar setting from the NHS and/or Private Care. You will lead and guide a team of nurses to provide exceptional care.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide strong and robust leadership within the service

- Responsibility for quality outcomes and complaints

- Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all residents, employees, and visitors

- Ensure site is compliant with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse RGN

- 5+ years of respiratory ward/ITU experience

- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment

- Focus on detail, quality, and positive can-do attitude

- Proactive and creative

- High level of integrity

- Detailed understanding of statutory regulations

- Ability to oversee and deliver quality objectives

- Management at senior level
