Join our ServiceNow Engineering Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Design and build across the platform

- Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.

- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the rest of our stack using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP.

- Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production - configure AI skills and agents, tune them against real ticket data and put sensible guardrails around what they're allowed to do.

- Own the quality on your work: code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets and smooth family upgrades every year.

- Document what you build so the next developer doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.

Requirements:

- 5+ years building on ServiceNow

- Solid JavaScript, plus real fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer.

- Hands-on integration and automation experience - REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth.

- Experience in ITSM plus at least one more module: HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.

- Clear written and spoken communication.

- Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist is a huge PLUS.

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $101,900-$151,900 CAD
