## Description

The GSK Laboratory is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for its production site in Evreux, France.

As part of the Projects and Investment team within the Technical Department, you will lead engineering projects or programs that deliver reliable and compliant facilities and systems.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and according to required quality and safety standards.

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, quality, supply chain, and external providers to ensure technical requirements are met.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and change requests that support decision-making and regulatory expectations.

- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification activities, and resolve technical issues during start-up and handover.

- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reliability, and compliance.

Technical Environment:

- Process equipment under isolators or in classified areas: micronization, mixing, powder or fluid filling.

- Utilities: air treatment plants for classified areas, critical fluids (nitrogen, compressed air, purified water, flammable gases), gas and water treatment stations.

- Storage, distribution, and treatment of pharmaceutical utilities under pressure and flammable.

Profile:

- Higher education and significant experience in industrial process engineering, ideally including knowledge of fluid or powder transfer process design and control.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in regulated manufacturing or process industries.

- Experience with project planning tools and MS Office applications.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.

- Professional aptitude for on-site activities and project inspections.

- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

- Agility, rigor, ability to federate.
