## Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and brand management.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your sales and customer service skills

- Learn about the Red Bull brand, products, and distribution processes

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and grow the business

- Support Account Sales Managers with daily tasks and priorities

- Meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Assist with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales growth

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
