**About the Team** As Workday accelerates its strategic evolution toward a consumption-based pricing model, the Platform Consumption Console (PCC) team is building the critical infrastructure to make it happen. We are the central nervous system for usage data across the enterprise.

**About the Role** As a Full Stack Engineer in the PCC team, you’ll help build the user-facing and platform experiences that increase trust in AI agents. Working within a small, cross-functional pod, you’ll design and ship full stack solutions,from intuitive front-end experiences to resilient backend services that integrate AI-driven capabilities deeply into HR and Finance workflows.

**Responsibilities**

- Design and develop full stack applications end-to-end

- Build intuitive front-end experiences and resilient backend services

- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into HR and Finance workflows

- Work with massive technical scale, tackling complex engineering and product challenges

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

**Requirements**

- 12+ years experience in software development engineering, leading technical initiatives, designing complex systems, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of software products (for Principal P5)

- 8+ years experience in software development engineering, including designing, developing, and deploying software solutions (for Senior P4)

- 5+ years experience in software development engineering, including designing, developing, and deploying software solutions (for Mid-Level P3)

- Experience with Java Spring Boot, GO, Python, React, and Typescript

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience

**Other Qualifications**

- Solid ability in Algorithmic Thinking, including distributed data processing and memory management

- Working knowledge of API Development, including RESTful principles and AWS API Gateway integration

- Good understanding of Code Testing methodologies, such as unit testing for data pipelines and integration testing
