## Description

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team as an IT Product Owner. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organisation in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in working with top management reporting, managing various stakeholders, interacting with technical teams in building a global solution.

- Drive the translation of the business needs into models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements

- Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions

- Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design

- Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients

**Skills**

- Know how of infrastructure setup especially on Google Cloud

- Know how on building Java based application (Java, React, Angular, Tomcat, etc)

- Good understanding on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics

- Good understanding on Google Cloud services & technologies (Terraform, python, GCS, GKE, BigQuery, CloudSql, AirFlow, Composer, etc)

- Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to synchronize and plan with other parties

- Proficient in planning the backlog with the team and organizing this in a release plan

- Experience in planning the resources required for the implementation (people, licenses, etc)

- Proactively identifying risks / issues and escalating appropriately

- Actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements

- Nice to have - experience in Functional Analysis, Private Banking, Wealth Management

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
