## Description

As a Fraud Rapid Response Associate at Tide, you will ensure businesses across the UK stay safe and compliant. You will provide round-the-clock support to help Tide expand, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive nature.

Responsibilities:

- Attend emergency inbound phone calls for fraud reports

- Collaborate with financial institutions to recover funds

- Manage priorities to deliver outstanding support experiences

- Help members understand requirements and keep them updated during investigations

- Explore data and aid with reporting to track product and service performance

- Assist new team members and perform common back-office tasks

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and a positive goal-oriented attitude

- C1/C2 level of spoken and written English

- At least 1 year of experience in international customer support on inbound phone lines

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts and using industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira

- Strong organisational skills and ability to spot patterns
