### About the Role

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic brand and product ambassador program. You will represent Red Bull on your university campus and in your region, driving the brand image and product understanding among students.

### Responsibilities

- Be a Brand and Product Ambassador: Live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers.

- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling.

- Build and execute an insight-driven plan to engage and excite students on your campus.

- Create a strong network of local individuals and drive brand engagement on social media.

- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.

- Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts.

- Executional Excellence: Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas of your role.

- Maintain and upkeep all Student Marketeer tools to ensure a premium brand image.

- Plan and report your activities via the dedicated online platform.

### Experience

- A second or third-year Modern Academy student.

- Excellent communication skills and a charismatic, energetic personality.

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people.

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.

- Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends.

- An affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.

- Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.

- Must have a valid driving license.
