## Description

We are seeking a motivated, technical, and passionate Design & Release Engineer to manage the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) module and lead end-to-end TCU software delivery and system integration across FNV2, FNV3, and FNV3.x architectures.

This role is required to perform on-site validation and launch leadership, foster agile cross-functional collaboration, proactively manage risks, and ensure on-time GPDS sign-off and post-launch support.

Key responsibilities include leading software delivery and integration, driving vehicle launch success, fostering agile collaboration, cultivating innovation and improvement, ensuring on-time delivery, leveraging data-driven approaches, and providing on-site support.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, with 2+ years of experience with software planning and releasing, and 1+ year of experience within the automotive industry with practical knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), and quality standards.

Additional preferred qualifications include an M.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to establish robust project frameworks.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480 to $141,360.
