## Description

We are looking for a Sr. Business Partner, Data and Reporting to support data analytics and reporting for the Community and Stakeholder Engagement team. You will play a key role in managing and strengthening social impact data and data infrastructure, aggregating and analyzing giving, volunteerism, and community engagement data, and developing recurring and ad-hoc reporting and insights for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Support data, analytics, and reporting for Target Corporate Giving and Target Foundation

- Manage and strengthen social impact data and data infrastructure

- Aggregate, analyze, and report giving, volunteerism, and community engagement data

- Develop recurring and ad-hoc reporting and insights for stakeholders

- Translate data into insights that strengthen strategy, decision-making, and impact

- Build organizational capability to use data effectively

Requirements:

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience

- Five years' experience in philanthropic, non-profit, corporate giving sector or relevant field

- Experience working with large data sets, data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools

- Strong knowledge of philanthropy and volunteerism, financials, and data to create community impact reports

- Strong analytical, organizational experience, and ability to work independently

- Excellent analytical skills

- Proven ability to take complicated data sets and create digestible messaging for program leaders
