## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Programmer (Rave) to join their Clinical Solutions team. The successful candidate will have experience in Rave Programming, Custom Functions Programming, and Migration exposure.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Provide application administration and technical support as a subject matter expert on core business packages, including Medidata, Rave, Oracle OC/RDC, Oracle Inform, SAS, and supplemental packages.

- Design, write, validate, and maintain software to meet specifications in a timely and productive manner.

- Generate and maintain required documentation, including development of specifications, coding, and validation efforts.

- Monitor applications proactively for workflow alerts, system errors, performance issues, and troubleshoot programming deliverable defects.

- Perform system integrations activities, application updates, and user acceptance testing.

- Serve on project teams to coordinate and lead development activities for clinical programming projects.

- Participate in and provide input at project review and departmental review meetings.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables by providing senior review of program level/multi-study core deliveries for accuracy.

- Review and provide input on study budgets, manage project level metrics, progress, and status.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, training, guidance, and support to other department members.

- Attend Quick Start Camps (QSCs) in the lead Clinical Programmer role for assigned studies.

- Possess and maintain a broad overall knowledge in the field of clinical programming and clinical data management.
