## Description

We are seeking an Experience Designer (Visual Craft and UI) to join our EA SPORTS™ FC team. As an Experience Designer, you will partner closely with product managers, producers, engineers, and fellow designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within FC's live service.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in game development or product design, a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to connect form and function into intuitive and scalable experiences, and strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition.

Responsibilities:

- Design and integrate live events, seasonal content, partnership opportunities, and real-world moments into the player's experience

- Balance creative exploration with practical execution

- Collaborate cross-functionally across a large organisation

- Develop design rationales and communicate creative decisions to stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in game development or product design

- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to connect form and function into intuitive and scalable experiences

- Strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)

- Strong systems thinking and ability to design within existing frameworks and constraints

- Experience working with, contributing, or creating design systems

- Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and interaction patterns

- Strong storytelling, presentation, and design rationale skills

- Ability to independently drive design initiatives from concept to implementation

Nice to have:

- Experience working on live service games

- Passion for games and interactive entertainment
