## Description

We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Kaiserslautern, Germany. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

**Job Summary:** The FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH is the largest operational company of the global FUCHS Group with its headquarters in Mannheim. We develop, produce, and distribute high-quality lubricants and adjacent chemical specialties for the German and international market.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate and monitor production plants and machines according to manufacturer and safety regulations

- Use and apply warehouse management and process control systems

- Comply with general regulations in the areas of quality, occupational and plant safety, health, and environmental protection

- Contribute to the continuous development of our production plants regarding plant availability and safety

- Monitor your area of responsibility for order and cleanliness

**Requirements:**

- Completed training as a chemical technician, production specialist chemistry, or a comparable qualification (e.g., machine and plant operator)

- Experience with production plants is desirable, ideally in the chemical industry

- Very good technical understanding and pronounced manual skills

- Physically fit and willingness to work in shift operation

- Team ability, as well as quality and responsible working attitude

- Good German language skills in writing and speech
