## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual with a background in risk, banking, compliance, AML, fraud or regulatory to assist our Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) team.

As part of the journey, you will:

- Conduct KYC Refresh and/or Enhanced Due Diligence Reviews as needed

- Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary volumes through trends and themes associated with reviews conducted

- Support our BPO partners with escalations tied to various review types tied to CIP, CDD & EDD

- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and customers

- Document rationale to maintain or exit decisions on customer accounts after account review

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reviews conducted

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements

- Be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working within a fast-paced environment

- Work efficiently and independently, but know when to ask for help

- Enjoy and have experience working autonomously in a queue-based role, prioritizing work and maintaining an organized inbox and queue

- Place an emphasis on quality, paying close attention to detail to prevent bad actors and ensure good customers are approved

- Possess great critical thinking skills and enjoy problem-solving

- Have great written communication skills
