## Description

We are seeking a Technical Quality Coach to join our Vehicle Services Quality Centre of Excellence. As a Technical Quality Coach, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and consistency in vehicle testing and compliance across the UK.

You will work closely with Authorised Testing Facilities, vehicle presenters, and testing colleagues to provide quality assurance, guidance, and support. Your goal will be to ensure fair, accurate, and consistent testing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency, and competency

- Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

- Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections, and site suitability activities

- Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence

Requirements:

- Extensive experience and technical knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Testing schemes

- Fully accredited and competent within Commercial Vehicle Testing activities

- Experience of coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities

- Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
