## Description

WSP is seeking an Account Manager, Rail and Environmental to support a strategic freight rail client. This leadership role involves managing comprehensive environmental services within transportation and rail infrastructure, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for the client.

**Your Impact**

- Serve as primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.

- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support account growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders.

- Develop account growth strategies and manage forecasting and financial performance.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of environmental and engineering professionals.

- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with WSP and client standards, regulatory requirements, and quality processes.

- Partner with Project Controls teams to monitor schedules, forecasts, and project safety metrics.

- Prepare and deliver executive-level account updates and strategic client presentations.

- Mentor project managers and technical staff.

- Support proposal development and business development activities.

**Who You Are**

- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of progressive experience managing environmental programs for transportation, freight rail, or infrastructure clients.

- Strong commitment to safety.

- Working knowledge of key environmental service offerings.

- Proven experience managing strategic accounts and client relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to travel to support program and client needs.
