As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our expansion strategy, focusing on prospecting and qualifying outbound leads from small to mid-market companies, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting with the initial client onboarding process.

## Primary Responsibilities:

- Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners

- Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads

- Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads

- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research

- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through

- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success
