## Description

We are seeking a Station Head to oversee daily operations at our Seputeh station in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Station Head, you will be responsible for managing staff and ensuring smooth delivery and shipment processes.

Responsibilities:

- Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery

- Supervise staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they perform their duties properly

- Act as a hub manager when needed

- Handle cash on delivery transactions and bank them daily

- Collaborate with customer service to fulfill customer requests

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

- Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize losses and damages

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field

- 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain

- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
