## Description

ICON is seeking a Casemanager Verzuim to support employees with reintegration after illness or injury. The successful candidate will have a Case Manager qualification and experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:

- Setting up a case management policy for sickness absence and reintegration within the organisation

- Further developing the company's vitality and sickness absence policy

- Advising foreign managers on actions during the first two years of illness

- Overseeing and updating absence files in accordance with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter

- Acting as a point of contact for the ARBO service

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Case Manager qualification

- Several years of experience in a similar role

- Good command of English and Dutch

- HBO work and thinking level

- Strong coaching skills and customer focus

- Proactive and independent approach
