## Description

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is seeking a dynamic issuer business development professional to identify loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Central Europe, specifically in Germany.

The successful candidate will specialize in creating compelling propositions for clients using Mastercard's diverse range of loyalty products and vendors. They will collaborate with solution architects and broader teams to sell complex loyalty platforms and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Selling loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in Germany, including new and emerging neo banks

- Assisting banks in redefining their loyalty strategies to achieve better business results by transitioning to a Mastercard loyalty solution

- Developing persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models

- Managing end-to-end deal closures through contracting and pricing approvals

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in platform/SaaS sales or sales in the financial services industry, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a proven track record of success in loyalty and loyalty program management.

In this role, you will be expected to abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed, report any suspected information security violation or breach, and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings.
