## Description

This role supports the DISA GSM-O II Task Number 07 (TN07) DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC), providing network operations and cyber defence support to the Defence Information Systems Agency (DISA) for the DoD and COCOMs.

The selected candidate will execute in real-time to ensure authorised mission partners have visibility and usability of proper operational capabilities.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Implement Knowledge Management across directorates, covering people, processes, and tools

- Translate operational requirements into integrated technical solutions

- Establish a Change Request schedule with priorities for improving the knowledge management environment

- Maintain and enhance the DoD Cyber Defence Command (DCDC) knowledge management environments

- Provide support for ad-hoc requests, battle rhythm events, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and Records Management efforts

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of prior relevant education and experience

- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for C/I Polygraph

- Exposure to a Joint Command and/or Operations Centre

- Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of key network monitoring protocols

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience with DISA and DoD Networks

The pay range for this job is $73,450.00 - $132,775.00.
