## Description

As a Customer Service Team Member at Starling, you will be the point of contact for customers, responding to their needs efficiently and timely. Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

- Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions that benefit customers.

- Maintain high standards and strive to improve customer service.

- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

- Support continuous improvement within the contact centre.

- Actively seek to improve processes and workflows.

- Work effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:

- No prior experience in a contact centre environment is required, but you must demonstrate an understanding of great customer service.

- Comfortable communicating with customers through various channels.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

- Resilience in handling difficult interactions.

- Basic IT skills to navigate laptops and systems.
