Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

We're looking for a marketing leader who can make Figma Weave the name people think of for AI-native creative work , and build the brand, the demand, and the team to get there.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define the vision and narrative for Figma Weave in the AI-native creative space

- Build brand awareness and love for Weave through bold, memorable marketing

- Build and run the growth engine that turns attention into users and revenue

- Hire and lead a small, senior marketing team

- Set marketing strategy and execute against it directly

- Partner closely with product, sales, and design teams

- Own and deploy significant marketing budgets

**Requirements:**

- Experience as an executive marketing leader

- Track record as both strategist and operator

- Strong storytelling and creative instincts

- Experience owning and deploying significant marketing budgets

- Deeply data- and performance-driven approach

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience building and leading teams in fast-moving markets
