## Description

We’re looking for a Billing Support Specialist to shape our billing experience, handling customer billing inquiries across EMEA, and working with our Billing Engineering team.

You’ll:

- Respond to support cases on various topics, including billing, pre-sales, usage optimization, and disputes

- Debug and identify user-specific issues like failed payments and unsettled invoices

- Triage support cases, direct users to resources, and escalate to technical or business teams

- Identify areas for internal tooling improvements

- Reproduce issues, create test cases, and improve test coverage if you have testing experience

You might be a good fit if you:

- Have 2+ years of experience in customer support, specifically billing support for technical customers

- Possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English

- Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Have experience working in async or globally distributed teams

- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly

- Are proficient in SQL (bonus)
