## Description

Leidos, a leading government contractor, has been awarded a significant Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia, known as Beacon. This long-term program offers exceptional opportunities for skilled and dedicated professionals to continue making a critical impact on national security.

We are seeking Operations Advisors with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities. The role involves providing thorough and knowledgeable briefings on analysis to customer management. Work will take place at client sites in Northern Virginia.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide operational and programmatic support

- Conduct analysis and produce clear, concise written products under short deadlines

- Brief senior executive management on findings

- Apply counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations

- Manage US government policies and regulations in support of operations

- Work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision

**Requirements:**

- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph

- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience

- Demonstrated success in multiple client-specific official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position

- Extensive client-specific overseas travel and experience

- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

**Levels of Opportunity:**

- Level 1: 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

- Level 2: 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

- Level 3: 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

- Level 4: 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

- Level 5: 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
