## Description

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients.

The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making using a holistic and evidence-based approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team

- Comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making

- Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice

- Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective, and cost-effective care

- Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision

- Openness to contributing to practice-based research and service development

**Requirements:**

- Current NMC registration

- Independent Prescribing qualification

- Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment

- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
