## Description

We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Guest and Host Tech team. As a TPM, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs that touch multiple product surfaces, services, functions, and teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and velocity of work, and will be responsible for managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

Your typical day will involve developing program scope and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and driving projects end-to-end. You will also be responsible for aligning on staffing, priorities, and technical dependencies within Guest and Host Tech and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be expected to work independently with stakeholders and cross-functional leadership with little supervision from management. You will be responsible for providing visibility into key performance indicators, understanding best practices, driving process improvements, and finding new ways of operating.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 7 years as a TPM or relevant experience. You should have experience scaling yourself to effectively run complex, highly cross-functional projects, and have proven technical domain expertise for your projects.

You should also have experience managing software projects with a high degree of scrutiny from C-suite execs, and have demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Asana, Jira, Airtable, or other equivalent task management tooling, and will have experience leveraging AI to automate processes and scale themselves to cover a larger project domain.

This position is US-Remote Eligible, and the role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Pay Range: $200,000-$248,000 USD
