## Description

GSK is seeking an experienced Medical Representative (Vaccine) to provide expert medical support and contribute to strategic business planning in Indonesia.

The successful candidate will represent GSK with healthcare professionals, build trusted relationships, share clear scientific insight, and deliver territory plans that drive measurable impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Continuously build knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies and leverage that knowledge with customers to inform prescribing behaviours

- Understand GSK and competitor brands' features and benefits and apply knowledge effectively in PFSS and multi-channel selling approaches

- Use multiple data sources to analyse and review territory performance dynamics, identifying trends and opportunities for GSK

- Build territory insights that capture opportunities and drive decision-making, including selecting and prioritizing customer targets and developing robust territory coverage call plans

- Develop multi-channel business plans with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, strategies, and tactical activities that deliver business objectives

- Effectively engage with customers through PFSS selling approaches or multi-channel selling approaches and be proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree, preferably within life sciences, with good technical and professional knowledge

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the same position in the pharmaceutical industry

- Good communication and selling skills

- Scientific knowledge and patient-focused approach

- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and teamwork (business partnership)
