## Description

This role participates in all Fulfillment Center activities including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping medical products.

Responsibilities:

- Stocking: handle and stock products in assigned locations while maintaining inventory integrity and adhering to safety requirements.

- Picking Orders: pick orders within Fulfillment Center operations following outlined procedures.

- Shipping: pack, label, and load products for transportation.

- Teamwork: effectively communicate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.

- Safety: maintain a safe and clean work environment, use safe practices, and respect safety equipment.

- Flexibility: work in two functional areas of warehouse operations as business needs dictate.

Some positions may require additional duties:

- Ordering and delivering supplies.

- Processing documents for receiving and shipping.

- Communicating with department staff about supply levels and new products.

- Troubleshooting issues.

- Assisting with inventory management.

- Cleaning, tracking, and testing patient mobile medical equipment.

Requirements:

- Six months of customer service or logistics experience.

- Effective communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.

- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

- Experience with internet and email applications.

- Demonstrated ability to practice safe work behaviours.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Work experience in a Lean Six Sigma environment.

- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and scheduling applications.

Physical demands:

- Seeing, sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, manual dexterity, and walking.
