## Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect Salesforce to work with our clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and oversee their implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in delivering enterprise solutions or digital transformations, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a trusted advisor to large account clients

- Leading the design of end-to-end solutions across one or multiple workstreams

- Collaborating with clients to build a shared vision and narrative for the solution

- Designing Agentforce and AI-powered capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and transform client business models

- Managing stakeholders, making decisions, and ensuring functional alignment across business, technical, and executive teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery or digital transformation

- 1+ year of deep domain experience in a relevant industry vertical (e.g., pharma, insurance)

- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level architecture blueprints and multi-system integration strategies

- Proven experience embedding AI-native tools and solution concepts into delivery and customer workflows

- Strong track record of executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
