## Description

Spire St Anthony's Hospital in Sutton, Surrey, is seeking an experienced ICU Staff Nurse to join its intensive care team. The successful candidate will care for level 2/3 patients and work alongside top consultants in the region.

The multispecialty unit offers opportunities to expand skills and expertise, with six operating theatres covering various specialties such as Ortho, Gynae, and Cardio-thoracic surgery.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide safe care for Level 2/3 patients in ITU

- Assess and reassess patients' health and wellbeing needs

- Assist in delivering care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs

- Handle complex, sensitive, or contentious information safely

- Provide high-standard care to patients post-surgery

- Plan person-centred care with the Multi-Disciplinary Team

- Ensure effective communication and accurate documentation

**Requirements:**

- NMC registered with no restrictions

- ICU experience is essential

- ICU certificate is essential

- Cardiothoracic experience is desirable

- Strong communication skills
