## Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Management professional to join our team in Singapore. As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing key accounts, engaging with intermediaries and large clients, and ensuring profitable retention.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for intermediaries and large clients, providing exceptional service and support

- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and clients to drive business growth and retention

- Proactively manage and negotiate profitable renewals for experience-rated and portfolio-rated books of business

- Provide timely and effective support to intermediaries and clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues

- Lead employee communication meetings as required

- Prepare customized claims analytical reports for large experience-rated clients

- Organize and plan process trainings for key brokers as needed

- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes

- Manage ad-hoc assignments as required
