## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Metro Centre, Gateshead. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

Working hours:

- Sunday: 13:30-20:00

- Thursday: 14:30-21:00

- Friday: 14:30-21:00

- Saturday: 15:30-22:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
