## Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will join our family to help patients and residents maximise their potential. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist patients and residents with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan to improve their quality of life and ability to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing, monitoring and recording therapy services to patients/residents with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments

- Selecting, implementing, and modifying therapeutic activities and interventions consistent with demonstrated competency levels and goals

- Exchanging information with and providing documentation to the physical therapist about responses to and communications during intervention

- Following and adhering to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organisation
