## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cheshire Oaks, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Provide product recommendations and confidently sell our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

This role involves working early mornings, with shifts from 05:00-09:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
