## Description

As a Delivery Manager at Faculty, you'll own the end-to-end success of high-impact AI projects for retail and consumer clients.

You'll act as the crucial link between customers and technical teams, balancing technical possibility with feasibility, ensuring maximum value for clients, and cultivating strong external relationships.

Responsibilities include:

- Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation

- Collaborating with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions

- Managing project development and ensuring a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

- Identifying new commercial opportunities and contributing to new business pitches and proposals

- Developing and mentoring peers

We're looking for someone with previous experience in 0-1 AI/Digital transformation projects in retail and consumer-facing sectors, who takes full responsibility for project delivery, and is a clear communicator with outstanding written and verbal skills.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technical teams, have experience delivering technical projects, and know how to gauge possibility and feasibility.
