## Description

Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause.

As a Temp Sourcer at Pomelo Care, you will serve as a targeted talent discovery specialist who drives pipeline generation for our hiring needs.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust, top-of-funnel talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.

- Proactively identify, engage, and screen passive talent using advanced Boolean search, professional networks, talent databases, and alternative search channels.

- Craft highly personalized, compelling messaging to drive strong response rates and effectively convert passive prospects into active candidates.

- Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and seamlessly hand off qualified leads.

- Jump in to support the end-to-end recruitment process for ad-hoc roles.

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and data hygiene within our ATS.

## Requirements

- 3+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong track record of generating qualified candidate pipelines for competitive roles (ideally in engineering).

- Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can easily pivot as business needs evolve.

- Expertise in leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools/techniques to surface top-tier talent.

- Deeply resourceful, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while keeping communication channels open with the broader team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise and build fast trust with cross-functional leaders.
