## Description

Our automotive production site is undergoing changes with new projects and manufacturing processes arriving. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the site's technical services and support these new projects. You will lead the integration of new products and processes, ensure the performance of existing equipment, and manage a team looking to you for progress.

## Responsibilities

- Organise and plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of buildings, collective facilities, and production equipment, including adjustments and programming updates;

- Lead the integration of new products and processes, and optimise existing ones;

- Provide technical expertise in maintenance and support to production;

- Manage external companies involved in maintenance services;

- Drive continuous improvement of performance and optimise factory production for current products;

- Prepare and monitor the annual operating budget for your activity;

- Develop the skills of your team members.

You will play a key role:

- Supporting project launches;

- Implementing and monitoring new processes;

- Leading corrective actions;

- Daily supporting production teams.

## Your Profile

- Bac+3 to Bac+5 qualification in industrial maintenance or equivalent technical specialisation;

- Solid first experience in industrial maintenance in a similar role, in a production environment, ideally in the automotive sector;

- Good knowledge of automotive sector standards;

- Leadership, organisational sense, taste for hands-on work, and desire to grow a team.
