## Description

The Coordinator, Ticket Operations provides day-to-day operational support to the Ticket Operations leadership team and staff. Key responsibilities include supporting ticket operations leadership and staff with daily functions, identifying opportunities to improve and streamline ticket operations processes, and assisting with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.

Additional duties include auditing event builds, ticket system updates, and financial controls on a daily basis, maintaining ticket system price code management, overseeing inventory management across all events, and managing and processing all Corporate and Complimentary ticket accounts.

The Coordinator will also monitor and respond to inquiries in the designated ticket operations inbox in a timely manner, ensure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience, and support all event weekend ticket operations needs.

This role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
