## Description

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, as a Client Operations Officer. You will assist clients by providing support through various channels, answering questions, and resolving problems.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via calls, emails, and chat messages.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate solutions or escalating to relevant team members.

- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, offering guidance and troubleshooting steps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Client Accounting, Technical Support, and Back Office, to address customer needs.

- Escalate complex issues to Supervisors or Managers and follow established procedures.

- Continuously improve customer support processes by identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback.

- Perform Back Office and Client accounting tasks, including following internal onboarding procedures and processing deposits.

Requirements:

- University degree or relevant working experience.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent computer skills.

- Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, or cTrader) is an advantage.

- Excellent command of English (verbal and written), with any additional spoken language being an advantage.
