## Description

We are seeking an Equities People Business Partner to join our Human Resources team at Millennium, a global alternative investment firm.

The successful candidate will partner with Equities leaders, managers, and employees to implement people initiatives that strengthen engagement, team effectiveness, performance, productivity, and retention. They will coach and advise leaders on people matters, help identify priorities, build organisational capability, and improve individual and team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a strong understanding of the Equities organisation, including its business priorities, operating environment, workforce needs, and talent objectives

- Using employee and workforce data to identify trends, diagnose people-related challenges, and translate insights into practical recommendations

- Applying AI-enabled tools and creative problem-solving to improve decision-making, enhance HR processes, and increase the impact of people initiatives

- Leading and supporting core HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent and leadership development, and continuous feedback

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic record

- 4-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Technology professionals

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

- Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to understand the business, its people, and its priorities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations

In terms of compensation, Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000.
