## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

As an Associate, Key Account Management - GrabMart, you will act as a consultant to merchant accounts in the retail and grocery sectors, advising and supporting their business and growth on Grab platforms, while ensuring sustainable business impact for both the accounts and Grab.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

- Plan out priority partners to pursue, in line with the overall GrabMart strategy

- Develop strategies on partnership models and content, using internal data to drive revenue for partners and Grab

- Engage prioritized partners for business strategy and execution on Grab platform

- Work closely with internal product teams and marketing operations teams to execute campaigns

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, management, or marketing)

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dealing with major brands/retailers, with experience in structuring collaboration terms, securing deals, and collaboration campaigns

- Retail industry background

- Communication skills in Thai and both written and spoken English

- Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)

- Independent person with excellent team-working skills

- Ability to build good relationships with partners and match partners' needs and organization resources to grow the GrabMart business

- Fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals
