## Description

CoreWeave is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Partner to drive employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada. This role involves end-to-end lifecycle operations, Workday data integrity, employee inquiry handling, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage employment lifecycle operations across North America, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, and leave of absence administration.

- Ensure Workday data integrity for the North America population.

- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries across the region.

- Collaborate with Payroll on lifecycle transactions that affect pay.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

- Contribute to operational readiness as CoreWeave expands its US and Canadian footprint.

- Help build lifecycle processes and compliance documentation for federal government engagements.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with experience in North America employment lifecycle work.

- Multi-state US experience, with knowledge of US employment laws.

- Workday HCM experience.

- Demonstrated process improvement instincts.

- Familiarity with Google Suite products and Slack.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Lifecycle operations experience across Canadian provinces.

- Workday business process configuration or process design experience.

- Background in a hypergrowth or AI-native company.

- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
