## Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the management and updating of dashboards and executive reports used by global leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Supporting the management and update of dashboards and executive reports

- Validating data to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of presented information

- Developing analyses and visualizations to support decision-making

- Interacting with stakeholders from different countries to gather, understand, and refine business requirements

- Tracking demands for dashboard evolution and indicators, acting as an interface between business areas and technical teams

- Participating in prioritization of initiatives and monitoring deliveries

- Conducting or supporting validation tests (UAT) and homologation processes

- Supporting recurring meetings with global stakeholders, tracking action plans, and ensuring alignment between involved areas

- Contributing to continuous improvement of indicators, reports, and analytical processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

- Previous experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting

- Advanced Excel skills

- Advanced knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools

- Analytical capacity and attention to detail

- Good verbal and written communication

- Ability to interact with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and locations

- Advanced English language skills for global environment

Preferred skills:

- Experience with commercial dashboards, business performance, or analytics

- Knowledge of Palantir ecosystem platforms (Fusion, Contour, or Workshop)

- Experience in international projects or working with multiple stakeholders

- Experience in UAT processes, data governance, or requirement management

- Organizational and prioritization skills

- Collaborative and client-oriented profile

- Proactivity and autonomy

- Ability to learn new tools and processes

- Attention to detail without losing sight of the business

- Ability to work in both analytical activities and coordination and monitoring of demands
