We are looking for a Senior MOA Project Manager to join our Business Transformation and Digital team. As a Senior MOA Project Manager, you will contribute to the management of strategic transformation and digitalisation projects. You will work closely with business teams, French and international IT teams, and various project stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage transformation and digital projects

- Define project objectives, scope, risks, resources, and timelines

- Ensure governance and facilitate steering committees

- Support managers and operational teams through project-induced changes

- Coordinate deployment, communication, training, and change management activities

- Manage and mentor a team of project managers

- Design and plan functional evolutions of tools using Agile methodology

- Facilitate workshops with business teams to formalise needs

- Write user stories and functional specifications

- Coordinate exchanges with development teams in France and internationally

- Organise testing, user testing, and demonstrations of implemented solutions

**Requirements:**

- Significant experience in project management

- Strong knowledge of project management methods, particularly in Agile environments

- Expertise in business analysis and complex project management

- Experience in team management

- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to federate various stakeholders

- Digital culture and sense of innovation

- Analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills

- Teamwork and adaptability in transforming environments

- Professional English level required

**What we offer:**

**Location:**
