## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores.

**Working Hours:**

- Friday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Saturday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00

**Important Note:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Job Requirements:**

- You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.

- Flexibility is vital; you’ll work across the wider store where needed.

- Being digitally confident is essential; you’ll use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.

- Being a team player is essential; you’ll be a key cog in a big machine, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store.
