## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient rehab centre in Seattle.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with various conditions and injuries

- Conduct initial assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions

- Develop and implement treatment programs to promote patient progress and independence

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Washington

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

- Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
